HI..
1. To avoid diseases like hepatitis and Typhoid, eat 5 basil leaves everyday.
2. For tooth ache, keep a clove on the affected area.
3. Have a mixture of gingelly oil and egg, for 3 days, for menstrual disorders.
4. You will get a great relief from menstrual pain , if you have a gooseberry daily.
5. Boil the leaf of Malabar nut, squeeze its juice and add egg white. It subsides cough.
6. Eat the powder of dried ginger and cumin with sugar for relief from cough.
7. Have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough.
8. For a good relief from cough, mix equal quantities of basil juice, honey and ajwain juice and drink on an empty stomach.

The Cloves definitely do work with tooth aches. However I was told that if used for a prolonged period, it can actually cause more damage. I guess it is always best to see a dentist or doctor about things...
btw, Can anyone suggest a business or websites that will assist in my parents relocating to Florida and applying for Medicaid?
They are elderly and will be moving into a seniors residence and will require a considerable amount of care.

i am gone a give a simple and beneficial health tips like, we should eat healthy food and mostly should avoid junction food, we should have a proper time table for having breakfast, lunch and dinner.we should always take our mind fresh and free and we should have a rutin for exercise.

I do not want to be the person I am (fat, sick, medication dependent, lethargic, incapacitated, etc.). I want my health and personal appearance back.
1. Recognize that you are worth the effort--you deserve the best life possible.
2. Make a list of personal reasons you want to change.
3. Remove obstacles to change--like avoiding friends and family who sabotage you and removing junk food from your surroundings.
