Step one to a new lifestyle.
It seems there is always the latest frenzy of diets.
Brand name diets come and go as quickly as Octomom
is having babies. Then there are the “Extreme” diets.

I would say over 95% of diets out there work. I do
question ones health on extreme diets that
advertise losing 7-10 pounds per week; when a
healthy weight loss should be no more than
2-3 pounds a week.

The problem with the word “DIET” is that you can't
stay on them forever. One could end up with serious
health issues staying on an “Extreme” diet over the
recommended length of time.

Forget the diets, forget the calorie counting unless
you're a professional athlete. How about a lifestyle
change. Make a decision, a promise to change the
way you're eating, to excersie consistently, to have
a new LIFESTYLE on your own health.

Start by a decision. Write your goals down on a
3 x 5 card and place it on your bathroom mirror.
The goals should be:
How much do you want to weigh.
When do you want to achieve the new weight.

Be realistic on the time issue. You shouldn't be
losing anymore than 2-3 pounds a week after your
first 2 weeks of your new lifestyle.

Take a head to toe photo. Take measurements of
arms, chest, waist, hips (if female) and thighs. Get
serious, take your lifestyle by the horns.

Depression and stress and noted to be causing the weight gain problem in many cases. As per the latest conducted study, nearly 27% of the people suffer with the weight gain problem due to the depression and stress. More women suffer with this type of the weight gain problem than men. The issue of the depression and stress is being noted very commonly in the women than that of the men. Previously the occurrence of the weight gain due to the depression and stress are noted very rarely. But, nowadays due to the unhealthy lifestyle that we living have increased the stress levels and have made people depressed due to various issues. This has certainly made the men suffer with the impotence problem.

If you're wanting to lose a little weight (or a lot!), forget the Fad diet, don't even think about the Crash diet.

Start with some of our straight forward tips and we promise with a little commitment and motivation you'll get there!


1.Start your day with a healthy breakfast to kick start your metabolism.
2.Eat regular meals- at least three per day.
3.Use low fat substitutes for dairy products wherever possible, for example, skimmed milk, low fat cheese, cottage cheese and yoghurt.
4.Make sure your diet is made up mainly from fruit, vegetables and fibre rich foods like bread and pasta.

Suggest by my personal expert.
Principle: - The Express diet is ideal if you want to lose quickly the extra kilos gained because of the fat and sweets excess. If you have to lose 3-4 kilograms, the Express formula is the ideal one. It was conceived to help you lose weight quickly but without starving. This diet's principles are simple: three meals a day, no fats or sweets, no alcohol, fat dairy products or snacks. In order to get the results you want, you should respect rigorously the game's rule: only three meals a day with a fix time for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast
- Herb tea or unsweetened coffee.
- 1 yogurt (125 g) or 150g cow cheese, both containing 20% fat. (written on the pack: "Nonfat product".)
- 1 fruit: an orange or a kiwi, half or a cup of sugar free stewed fruits
- Half cup of sugar free corn or maize flakes

Lunch
- Entree made up of vegetables salad with lemon and yogurt
- Second course: a slice of lean meat or fish steamed or grilled. As seasoning: fresh vegetables steamed (salt in small quantities).

Dinner

You know, I heard one very wise thing about weight loss... The thing that causes unhealthy weight gain nowadays is mostly huge amounts of stress! Which means that you cannot cure obesity caused by stress, stressing your body even more by forcing it to stay hungry! You should be moderate and try make your diet enjoyable for your body!

Per experience, the best way for me to lose weight is to get a personal trainer who motivates and guides me on the proper way of doing my exercise as well as on what diet i should get into. It helps a lot if there is someone who will guide you and share the load of the "ordeal." Trainers are there to push you and discipline you during times of "laziness."

Drink lot of water, practice meditation and yoga regularly, go on a morning walk every day, practice cardio like roping, eat more fruits and green vegetables rather than junk food will help you to loose your weight.

If you want to weight loss then you must be do exercise regularly and you must be make a chart for your diet food , In diet food you can take fruits vegetables and soup. You can also do yoga this is the best for our health. I recommended do yoga and exercise at morning this is really best time for that.

To loss the weight then there is required to motivate yourself to follow the exercise and diet program daily. I prefer to follow that exercise which you like most as aerobics, walking on treadmill, heavy weight, Yoga and so on. Due to follow your selective exercise then it gives the effective result to loss the weight in short time.

I have also some same kind of techniques which are most workable and helpful in reducing weight. I do walk daily. With doing walk, i feel very energetic and i have reduced so many kg's with it. So walk is the simplest and easiest solution of heavy weight.
