View Full Version : Oxidative and nitrosative stress in liver cancer cells

Sep 20, 10, 07:02
The reserch group study the role of oxidative and nitrosative stress in the mechanisms of cell proliferation/death in hepatocytes. We use different experimental and clinical approach to identify the role of free radicals in cell survival and death pathways. We are specially focused in the role of Wnt/beta catenin, Fas and TNF-R1-dependent cell signalling in in vivo and in vitro studies in relation to the development of hepatocellular cancer.
