Hello all,
This is the second issue that I've have seen come into our facility. We have a fleet of the new Smiths Solis PCA pump getting ready to be rolled out and we have already experianced during education the pins on the dose cords becoming bent. We where told by the manufacturer that this is a known issue and they have said something about new dose cords, but we have not seen anything yet.
Has any other facility that is using the new CADD Solis pump had the same issues, and if so, how did you get it corrected?
