Help with BME admission

I'm gonna go in University of Florida School of Engineering as a undergrad gonna take BME/EE I have to take ACT/SAT/GRE exams I never got the chance to take them, I grad out of high school with a 3.0 (Yeah I know very shitty) Also looking at the requirements I need three letters of recommendations, that scares me, I don't know anyone to talk to about that, unless they mean my professors in UF, are they?

Also I don't wanna go to med school wanna be a medical scientist.
