Tuberculosis lymphadenitis

I m working at Infectious Diseases Hospital, Lahore, Pakistan. I m conducting a study on "Tuberculosis lymphadenitis". There are two groups of pts( only those who hv glands filled with huge quantity of pus) , one on conventional anti tuberculosis drugs and other group on ATT and aspiration of pus with wide bore needle.
It is my observation that 2nd group takes half the time to cure than 1st group.
Any suggestions, informations, refrences or links are highly appreciable and healpful in my studies.
