Though I got enriched with experience regarding the usefulness of the said drink but I could not figure out if this has anything to do with the problems of the arthritis in particular. My mom has been suffering with this problem for long and I am desperate to get a remedy for this. I did hear at some place there are some form of exercises that can help people dealing with these conditions but I have no idea about the specific exercises that should be done, nor does the local doctors know about this in particular. Therefore I have resorted to the online resources to get me help in this regard so do help me if someone has the answer to this problem.
