I have a lump in my right upper abdomen right below my rib cage. It is about the size of a golf ball, and it feels sort of fleshy. I feel no pain. It has been there for about 3 weeks.
I've been to the doctor for this for a while now. At first he thought it was consipation/intestinal blockage (after looking at Xrays it appeared I was a little backed up) and had me do and enema every day for 5 days (I did not feel constipated, so I found this an unussual request, but I complied). It did not move or change at all. So then he sent me to an ultrasound, which he reported "came back normal". I have also had a complete CBC and UA, both of which came back normal.
I'm confused and scared. I have a slight medical background, and I'm perplexed. What could this possibly be? Am I in any danger? My doctor has since stopped returning my calls. I don't know what my options are. I am an otherwise healthy young college student.
