Hello,
I have recently found, after over six months of agony, that I am suffering from allergic reaction to dairy and wheat. Altough I am trying, very hard, to keep these out of my diet, I am finding it particularly hard to avoid dairy. I never realised just how any every day products contain some form of dairy, and I seem to react to them all!
I even react to the small amounts that are contained in medicines. I have had to come off several forms of medication because I cannot tollerate the side effects from the pills, and when I check back I have found some form of dairy in them all, either as a direct ingredient, or as an ingredient of an ingedient!.
Does anyone know of a form of pain medication that does not contain dairy? Usually capsules are best. My doctors do not seem able to trace anything. But I am in pain daily, not only from the allergies, but I also have fybromyalgia and rhumatism.
Many thanks
Rita Jones

Dear "rjones2933" as for the dairy it is well know fact that it is cause allergy, my doctor proposes me eat only villy, also cause allergy chicken/pork so eat only beef, no chocolate, citrus fruits, no red (i mean all red, like red apples/strawberry and so on and so on). AS for me i have a terrible allergy for the sunflower seeds and a lot of vegetables :(. Wanna advise- change a doctor :). Also as for me i take antihistamines like Cetrizin, Promethazin, Tavegil. Buy them on Pharmamedics.com. First Consult with a doctor!!!

I would advise you to take the advice of some able person in this regard and not rely on the information supplied by other users. This allergy problem can be a serious issue and vastly differs from person to person so what worked for one might prove useless for the other. Further it can also call in unsolicited situations. So let the physicians be the best judge of this and you seek their advice asap.

, but make sure you consult your doctor first before you take this because i don't have any idea what type of allergies you have.
Yes my friend the internet resources are always there for your help but then keep this in mind human body vastly differs from each other so remedies are bound to be different even though the problem may be same. I have seen people who have tried some of these self searching techniques to get rid from their allergic problems and in most cases the outcome was not fruitful. Its always a prudent ideal to consult a specialist and get his opinion. Remember allergies are sensitive issues and require special vigil to be treated. Also beware of the commercial advertisements claiming of relief from the said problem.
