I work for an Independent Service Organisation - we have previously serviced Philips CT scanners under a Co-op Service Agreement through Philips, with Philips as second line support.
Does anyone out there have a similar arrangement with Philips with any Brilliance CT scanners.
If - yes
Has the arrangement worked well for your organisation.
We are keen to continue this arrangement with our Brilliance 6 and 16 slice machines which will come out of warranty next year.
